
Cancellation and Refund Policy
A deposit of the first night’s tariff is required to secure the reservation. For bookings all made, a deposit is required to be via credit card at the time of booking. 75% of deposit will be refunded if notified at least 14 days prior to scheduled arrival. If notified less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refund will be given. You must obtain your own travel insurance to cover any covid related cancellations.
Refund conditions
If you have provided the required notice of cancellation as per the Cancellation Policy and are entitled to receive a refund, the deposit will be refunded to the original method of payment.
*Peak times- Peak times may be subject to different Cancellation Policy conditions. Please refer to your Booking Confirmation email for further details. Peak times include school holidays, public holidays, long weekends, Easter, Christmas, and some local events.
*Online Travel Agent bookings- Online Travel Agents have their own Cancellation and Refund Policy. If you booked via an Online Travel Agent, also refer to their Cancellation Policy for further details that may impact the above Cancellation Policy.
