  • Check-in time is 2.00pm unless earlier by prior arrangement where possible.

  • Check-out time is 10am unless by prior arrangement where possible.

  • Dogs are welcome year round on caravan and camping sites including all peak period times, at the Manager's discretion. Dogs are not permitted inside any of our non-pet-friendly accommodation or facilities (with the exception of registered Guide Dogs). Dogs must be on a lead at all times, no longer than 2m and dogs must not be left unattended.

  • No, we do not permit fires in the park. No camp fire/ open flame etc. including Webber BBQ’s. We have a fire place in the camp kitchen which is available for guest use.

  • Our reception hours are 8am - 5pm 7 days. Our summer reception hours may differ. These hours may be extended during peak periods.

  • As a courtesy, please make arrangements for out-of-hours arrivals and departures with office staff prior to your stay. Guests who fail to arrive on the designated day without contact will forfeit their payment.

  • A deposit of the first night’s tariff is required on all bookings made at Beachside Holiday Park, including online bookings. Deposits are to be paid via credit card at the time of booking.

  • 75% of the deposit will be refunded to the same credit card used to make the payment if notified more than 30 days prior to scheduled arrival. If notified less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refund will be given.

  • The water park is available for in-house guests only. Visitors & public are not permitted to use the facility. The water park is open from 9am-5pm daily. All children 12 years old and under must be supervised at all times by an adult.

  • Entry to the park is strictly for one car only per cabin/ site. Additional vehicles may be parked in the car park adjacent to the park office. The allocated boom gate number is for 1 vehicle only and tailgating is not permitted.

    All unregistered motorised equipment not permitted. (Scooters, bikes, skateboards, quad bikes etc)

  • All linen, bedding and towels are provided for all beds required. If additional people stay they will be charged the extra per person rate and linen can be arranged. Towel hire for the water park is available at $5 per towel or alternatively, please bring your own beach towels.

  • The laundry is located at the entrance of the camp kitchen. The cost is $4 wash and $4 dry, and the machines accept $1 and $2 coins only. Change is available from the kiosk during office hours.

  • Yes, tea and coffee making facilities are available in all rooms. A selection of tea and coffee is available for your arrival.
